The Memoirs of Stalin’s Former Secretary by Boris Bazhanov, published in 2002. Translated from the Russian, the version which, according to Bazhanov, was uttered in 1923 by Stalin in reference to a vote in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

The linear warming trend since January, 1979 remains at +0.14 C/decade (+0.12 C/decade over the global-averaged oceans, and +0.19 C/decade over global-averaged land).
But with La Nina surface cooling ahead, minimum temperatures (and El Nino maximum temperatures) show up around February, March, or April. The tropical (20N-20S) temperature anomaly for November was +0.29 deg. C, which is lower than it has been in over 2 years.
On the other hand, the Arctic saw the warmest November (1.38 deg. C) in the 42 year satellite record, exceeding the previous record of 1.22 deg. C in 1996.
1. Hammer and Scorecard is real, and used to manipulate election outcomes.
2. Dominion, ES&S, Scytl, and Smartmatic are all vulnerable to fraud and vote manipulation, as reported in media outlets over the years.
3. Dominion has been used in other countries to “forge election results.”
4. Dominion’s corporate structure is deliberately confusing to hide relationships with Venezuela, China, and Cuba.
5. Dominion machines are easily hackable.
6. Dominion memory cards with cryptographic key access to the systems were stolen in 2019.
7. The counts in the disputed states (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia) present evidence of electronic manipulation.
8. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude towards desired results.
9. 1-2% of votes were forged in Biden’s favor.
10. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.
11. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed.
12. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts.
13. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed-in ballots. They demonstrated manipulation. For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2-3 hours.
14. Dominion used Chinese parts and there’s reason to believe that China, Venezuela, Cuba interfered in the election.
15. There was a Hammer and Scorecard cyberattack that altered votes in the battleground states, and then forwarded the results to Scytl servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to avoid detection.
16. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.
Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with “high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden.”
“How do you unwind the distortions of the last 12 years? These include the pernicious effects of ultra-low rates, the massive stagflation in financial assets (massively higher prices and minimal yields; lower yield for more risk) and the very real long-term disincentives of zero interest rates on growth, investment and business innovation and evolution. “
Indeed.
“And then there is the fact that inflated financial assets put most of the central bank created wealth into the hands of a tiny number of asset owners – all that money that governments and central banks have been printing pushed up bond and equity prices, meaning it has gone straight into the hands of the already tremendously wealthy! While the middle classes and poor suffered austerity, the top one percent have become obscenely rich. No wonder concerns on wealth inequality has gone through the roof.
“The challenge of the next 10-years will be unwinding all these effect. If you were to simply unwind QE and raise rates – the result will be the most utter and complete market wipe-out of all time. It will destroy investment savings, markets and collapse nations as confidence in fiat money and government debt evaporates.
“Which is why markets believe central banks and governments will remain complicit together to keep markets stable – by more distortions, bail-outs, low rates and QE infinity. Great for markets? How long? Only in the short-term.”
SARS-CoV-2 mutation rate remains low with Strain G still dominate among the six strains circulating and with little variability.
In contrast, common influenza variability is at least twice that.
The original Wuhan strain (L strain) is recorded at least as far back as December 2019, and subsequently mutated to the S strain in January 2020. At ~74% of all sequences, Strain G is the most widespread: it mutated into strains GR and GH at the end of February 2020.
Federico Giorgi: “The SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is presumably already optimized to affect human beings, and this explains its low evolutionary change.”
Day et al (2020) observe zoonotic pathogen are normally “poorly adapted” in shifting hosts (e.g., bats to humans). Yet, Wuhan/Covid seems remarkably stable and optimized to the human host. In particular, Wuhan/Covid is extraordinary in its binding affinity with ACE2 receptors.
Day et al: “For SARS-CoV-2, six amino acids in the receptor binding domain of the spike protein are critical for binding the host target receptor ACE2 and allowing infection in humans. These critical spike protein residues are not all present in the most closely related coronavirus.”
How Wuhan/Covid acquired that affinity is “impossible to know.”
Day et al.: “SARS-CoV-2 displays a star-like phylogeny with many long-tip branches, as expected in a growing population. Based on genomic sampling over time, the substitution rate is estimated to be 0.00084 per site per year.”
